John E. Brozek has been collecting, appraising and authenticating Rolex (and other mechanical watches) for over twenty years. He is the author of The Rolex Report, a critically acclaimed reference book, published since 1999, and currently in its 4th edition. He is a member of the NAWCC, AWCI, IWJG, NPA, WWT, BHI, SPACOC & IWCS, and lectures numerous watch clubs and organizations on the identification of counterfeit and replica Rolex watches and parts.
Originally from Oklahoma, he graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma, and served in the United States Air Force while deploying to numerous overseas duty stations, including Italy, Austria and Germany.
In 2001, he relocated to sunny St. Petersburg, Florida, where he founded QualityTyme Rare & Fine Timepieces. He has also maintained a Power Seller eBay presence since 1999 (User ID: QualityTymeAuctions).
QualityTyme.net was first launched in September 2004, and continues to provide the latest Rolex news and information.
