1... Call our Toll Free Number to discuss the watch, and obtain a Purchase Authorization Number.

Please make sure to have the watch (including all paperwork and accessories) with you when calling. We may have questions, and will need you to describe specifics about the watch. It may be helpful to have a magnifying glass handy for this process.

We will answer any questions you may have about the process and will provide you with an estimate price range for the watch -- based on your description of the age, condition, originality and authenticity of the watch.

It will also be helpful (but not required) if you shoot a few pics of the watch and email them before calling -- our email address is located at the bottom of the form.

2... Print out and complete our "Sell Your Watch Form".

Please be as detailed as possible when completing the form -- PRINT CLEARLY and include (2) telephone numbers.

Answer all questions and be sure to sign the form.

If sending more than one watch you will need to complete a SEPERATE form for EACH watch.

3... Ship us your watch(es) following the instructions on the bottom of the form.

Please make sure to include all paperwork, boxes and accessories with the watch(es). Also, make sure to include a copy of the (signed) form, along with a photocopy of your state issued driver's license.

Email us the tracking number to the address provided at the bottom of the form.

We will give you a countesy call as soon as we receive the watch just to let you know that it arrived safely.

Then, within 24 hours of receiving the watch, it will be given a complete bench check and full inspection for condition, authenticity and originality of all parts.

We will then asses a value and call you back with the exact price we will pay in its current as-is condition.

If the price is acceptable we will Fed-ex you a check (next day air) along with a copy of the puchase agreement.

If the price is not acceptable, or if the watch does not pass our inspection for condition, authenticity, etc... then it will be sent back to you (at our expense). There is never a charge for our bench check, so your only expense is shipping the watch to us.
