Band sizes are measured in millimeters (mm), and are the distance
between the INSIDE of the lugs, as shown in the image above.

Mid-Size (AKA "Boy's Size"): 17mm
Date and Air King: 19mm
Oyster Perpetual, Datejust, Explorer, GMT-Master, Submariner,

Buckle & Lug Size Taper
Many watch bands have a "taper" from the LUG side to the BUCKLE side of the strap.
(i.e. a 19mm strap may feature a 16mm buckle.)
Therefore, all bands listed on this page will indicate BOTH the LUG size, as well as
